At
the 3/9/09 BOC meeting Commissioners discussed building inspection.
Below is a picture of a house that got a building permit in July
2007 for a porch.

Instead of a porch, it appears a
room has been added on with scrap material. Records indicate there has
been no further building inspection or follow up for 2 years despite calls, requests, and complaints from neighbors.
Commissioners
directed the County Manager to have this corrected in addition to
contacting the Health Department for additional citations.
